The company is led by Chen Girat (CEO), Reshef Brown (CTO), and Arik Volovsky (COO), a team with decades of combined experience across the cybersecurity stack.

What is a value-added cybersecurity distributor?

A value-added distributor (VAD) sits between cybersecurity vendors and the resellers, system integrators, and MSSPs who sell to end customers. Beyond logistics and licensing, a VAD adds technical depth - vendor enablement, pre-sales engineering, proof-of-concept delivery, deployment, training, and renewals - so partners can confidently sell and support complex security products. Our story

Founded in 2024, Lionet Networks is led by Chen Girat (CEO), Reshef Brown (CTO) and Arik Volovsky (COO). The company was built from a simple observation: most channel partners struggle to deliver credible technical outcomes with the cybersecurity products they sell. The expertise gap between a vendor's product and the partner's engineering bench is where deals stall - and where customers end up under-protected.

We built Lionet Networks to bridge that gap. As a value-added distributor, we select best-in-class cybersecurity vendors - Menlo Security, Dcoya, and Perception Point - and give our reseller partners everything they need to succeed: pre-sales engineering, technical enablement, PoC support, and post-sale guidance.

Distribution for us means more than moving licenses. It means our engineers are in the room for the tough technical conversations, building the demos, running the PoCs, and making sure deployments go right. Our partners sell with confidence because we back every deal with certified expertise.
